Your Tasks involve:

  • Sicherstellung eines ziel- und leistungsorientierten Produktionsablaufs unter Einhaltung der terminlichen und qualitativen Vorgaben
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Schichtteams
  • Motivation und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften

Your Profile:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem Produzierenden Unternehmen (vorzugsweise Textil)
  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker sowie Erfahrung in der Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitern
  • Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Zielorientiertes Arbeiten im 3-Schicht System sowie Eigenverantwortung und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen und Überzeugungskraft
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1)
