Your Tasks involve:

  • Bearbeitung und Pflege der Onlineportale sowie Abwicklung von Wunschmaß- und EDI-Aufträgen
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung unserer Kunden, inklusive Auftragsannahme und Angebotserstellung
  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Reklamationen sowie Erstellung von Gutschriften
  • Erstellung von Produktionsaufträgen, Überwachung des Fertigungsstatus sowie Organisation des Warenversands
  • Erstellung von Statistiken und Auswertungen für Geschäfts-, Verkaufs- und Abteilungsleitung

Your Profile:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Affinität zu digitalen Portalen/ERP-Systemen
  • Kommunikationsstärke & Teamfähigkeit mit einem serviceorientierten Arbeitsstil
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2/C1) und gute Englisch-Kenntnisse (B1)
