Your Tasks involve:

Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Korrespondenz mit nationalen und internationalen B2B-Kunden
Zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Kunden, Außendienst und internen Fachbereichen
Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Abstimmung mit Vertrieb, Produktion und Logistik
Komplette Auftragsabwicklung im ERP-System (z. B. Auftragserfassung, Angebote, Gutschriften)
Sicherstellung der sach- und termingerechten Auftrags- und Versandabwicklung inkl. Exportdokumente
Pflege von Kunden- und Auftragsdaten im ERP-/CRM-System
Unterstützung im Reklamationsmanagement sowie Nachverfolgung von Kundenanliegen

Your Profile:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
Erste Berufserfahrung im Customer Service oder einer vergleichbaren Position
Sehr gute Kenntnisse des MS-Office-Pakets sowie ERP-Kenntnisse (CANIAS vorteilhaft)
Kenntnisse in Zoll- und Exportthemen wünschenswert
Verständnis von Vertriebsprozessen im B2B‑Umfeld
Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
Kundenorientierte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke
